1. Cancellations

At StellaMix, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

All services provided by StellaMix are non-refundable. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. To cancel your service, a 30-day written notice is required. Prepaid studio sessions and creative services may be utilized during your purchased months. Please note that services are non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all podcast content or related materials are the sole property of the podcaster. By using our services, you represent that all information, music, artwork, media, etc., is original to you or that you have appropriate permissions. StellaMix, its partners, affiliates, and employees are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or any subject matter related to or derived from the podcast.

4. Recurring Billing Policy

Our recurring billing policy outlines the terms for automatic charges for services at regular intervals. Customers agree to these terms when they sign up. Billing is conducted monthly, and customers receive advance notifications detailing upcoming charges. By providing payment information, customers authorize StellaMix to charge the specified amount at the stated frequency. A 30-day notice is required to cancel recurring billing.

5. Invoices and Payments

StellaMix requires payment prior to any podcasting sessions. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

6. Pause Recordings - Monthly Maintenance Fee

StellaMix manages the monthly storage of episodes and live feeds on Buzzsprout. If you do not record within 30 days, a $49 monthly management fee will be invoiced to cover expenses for each month. This fee does not apply to monthly packages.
